Role overview

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of various companies and trust structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent client service.

Reports to:  Associate Director TCSP

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day administration of trusts and companies, including the preparation of documents, filing, record-keeping and bookkeeping
• Provide support in servicing client relationships and develop relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes
• Liaise with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or regulatory bodies promptly and effectively

• Understanding of trust and company administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good client and company focus
• Accurate with good attention to detail 
• Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
• A professional and responsible attitude to client confidentiality and GDPR requirements
• Ability work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge and qualifications:

• Relevant professional qualifications (eg STEP, ICSA) are desirable
• Previous relevant experience in a similar role with the TSCP industry
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
